The management of antithrombotic (AT) therapy in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) remains a topic with significant practice variation. This survey aims to map out current practices regarding AT reversal strategies, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) prophylaxis initiation, and AT resumption among patients with TBI. Your input is invaluable in identifying practice variations and shaping future guidelines.
