AI-POD questionnaire: AI-based health monitoring app

Welcome to the AI-POD survey! 

Thank you for your time and interest in this study. 

What is the study about?
Within the AI-POD project we foresee to develop a Citizen App that individuals living with obesity can use to monitor their health and lifestyle, promoting self-management and providing additional input data to accurately predict obesity-related cardiovascular risks and complications. To ensure a responsible development of this tool, we would like to assess perceived benefits, perceived risks and the intention to use this AI-based tool among potential end-users. 

When can you participate?
You can participate when you: 

  1. Self-identify to be living with obesity or to have an obesity risk 
  2. are able to provide informed consent 
  3. are able to read and understand Dutch, French, English, German or Czech. 

Is my privacy guaranteed?
Yes, this survey is anonymous. More information about the study and your privacy can be found HERE.

How long does it take to complete the survey?
The survey takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
