We are conducting a European survey on hospital-initiated clinical pharmacy services, as part of a project that aims to map these services across Europe by combining evidence from interventional studies and insights from real-world practice. The survey explores the current practice, organization, barriers, and future directions of hospital-delivered clinical pharmacy services throughout the continent.
